Tim Pegler

Tim Pegler is an award-winning journalist and author. After a decade at the Age and the Australian, he now works as a website editor and freelance journalist. As a novelist Tim is interested in young people finding their voice and taking a stand for justice. His first novel for young adults, Game as Ned, was a Children’s Book Council notable book in 2008. His second novel for young adults, Five Parts Dead, was published in 2010. Both books, though set in the present, are inspired by events in history. Tim lives in Melbourne.

Tim is taking part in this year's Regional Tour.
