Sport is the new literature: a comedy debate

As we know, all Melburnians are avid readers and rabid sports fans. With more and more athletes now writing books, Victoria University presents a panel of jocks and bookworms debating exactly how sport engages the literary imagination.

Is there more poetry in motion or more motion in poetry?

This event has had a radical makeover and the new fabulous line-up of players is John Weldon in the chair with Damian Cullinan, comedian Fiona Scott-Norman, Jeff "Coodabeen" Richardson and Tony Wilson in a grand slam literary event.
