Gabrielle Wolf is a Fellow of the School of Historical Studies at the University of Melbourne. Her book Make it Australian: The Australian Performing Group, the Pram Factory and New Wave Theatre is the first critical history of the APG, tracing the group's development from its beginnings at La Mama Theatre in 1968 through its flowering at the Pram Factory and to its demise in 1981
