Duncan Green
Duncan Green is Head of Research at Oxfam GB and author of From Poverty to Power: How Active Citizens and Effective States can Change the World. He was a Senior Policy Adviser on Trade and Development at the Department for International Development (DFID), where he covered agricultural and non-agricultural trade in goods.

He went to DFID on secondment from CAFOD, the Catholic aid agency for England and Wales, where he was a Policy Analyst on trade and globalisation.

He is the author of Silent Revolution: The Rise and Crisis of Market Economics in Latin America and Faces of Latin America.
